Carers Victoria
Carers Victoria is a leading not-for-profit organisation, working to make sure that the almost one million unpaid carers across the state are understood, recognised and supported. We do this by providing information, advice and respite services to carers; by hosting education sessions and events to support them in their role; by gathering and analysing data and producing reports about carers and what they need; and by raising broad awareness of carers across the whole community. We are in a significant period of change, looking at how we can reach and support even more carers through innovative models, systems and thinking.

- Manage and coordinate funding bids – manage the planning, inputs and submission of grant applications for new services
- Drive project delivery -use your project management skills to keep initiatives on track, on budget and aligned to strategy
- Identify funding opportunities – monitor the landscape and keep us ready to respond with bold, persuasive proposals
- Support reporting and planning – help ensure our programs stay on track and aligned with our strategic goals.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in designing or supporting service innovation, ideally in community, health or human services
- Strong writing and project coordination skills – you’re confident managing bids and proposals
- Proven project management skills and experience, including planning, coordination, and delivering projects with multiple stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset – you enjoy working across teams to make ideas a reality
- Knowledge of or interest in carer issues, intersectionality, and evidence-informed practice is a big plus
